I never completed the drug rehabilitation program my employer insisted i go to; is it possible to keep my job?

I had family problems and could not break free. My boyfriend had a drug addiction and social services had called while I was at work I always lied. This tension created a lot in me, so I started using drugs and alcohol more often to deal with my daily routine. I tried to fall, but my boss refused to give me said he was busy, and if I could last until spring break (four months) that would give me a license. I tried to make it through, but drug use is becoming more and more as he stood there and I was afraid of losing my children.so ended after work without stopping. I told my boss to attend a drug rehabilitation program. I tried to enter but could not because my boss does not cover it, and I could not afford. While I was looking for my chilren and my fiance tried later to get help3 months I received a letter from work told me to quit You think that I could get my job back? what should I do? No rights? I'm afraid you have to find a new job, you must also repair your drug use - or you will have the same problem, if not worse. They said you quit, so they do not have to pay unemployment. You could get a legal aid lawyer to protest. If you get fired you can collect. Most employers are "at will". Are not they owe you the job. You must find a way to clean and sober and find a way to relieve stress, so you will not find in the same situation to handle. Once again relationship with your fiance. Is this an example that you want for your child? If she is the mother of your children, it will be difficult. It sounds like you reach out for help, then I think you are on the right track. There are many ways to help. Keep looking and let us not defeated Maybe you want to go to a local church and see if they have programs. Otherwise, try the AA or NA. Certainly you have a problem, it is the first step. Then a mentor to help you quickly. You stop the drug for you and your family. She "left work" does not stop, and three months later, your employer must give you a letter that you had left? And do you really think they could just ignore it and take it back? Well Well, if you have an excellent staff rose on drugs, they can be themselves - but they have no obligation, and you have no law in this area. Actually, if even you do not have problems have not yet allowed to keep their jobs. Not seeking work is basically the same as smoking. Some places we can get away with it for a day, but three months? It seems you solve many problems that you need. Good luck .
